Godkendelse på baggrund af en forenklet sagsbehandling af Autocentralen-koncernens erhvervelse af enekontrol over GranTurismo Cars A/S

Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen modtog den 9. juni 2022 en forenklet anmeldelse af Autocentralen.com Holding ApS og Autocentralen Medarbejderholding ApS’ (herefter samlet ”Autocentralen-koncernen”) erhvervelse af GranTurismo Cars A/S (”GranTurismo Cars”).
