In case of suspicion of case handling against the rules during EU procurement procedure, one should, as soon as possible, contact The Danish Competition Authority where procurement specialists are ready to bring up the case for quick consideration.
If the suspicion is verified, the Authority will immediately contact the PPN representative in the procurement country in question with a view to find a solution to satisfy both you and the supplier.
The quick and informal communication in the PPN network entails that the path to local procurement expertise is very short. In many cases, problems are be solved within days.

1. Company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, including the name of the contact person.
2. Name and address of other potential companies involved.
3. Does the complainant want to remain anonymous in relation to the supplier?
4. Has an EU procurement procedure already been launched?

- Procurement status – has the deadline of the bidding expired?
